Because our prices are so low we cannot afford to carry any of the costs associated with returning items or exchanging. If an item has to be returned to us this cost must be born by the customer. Similarly, if the item is returned to us for exchange or repair, the subsequent delivery back to the customer must also be pre-paid by the customer. If you find the goods purchased from us are unsuitable or you are not satisfied with them, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of order. Goods will only be eligible for a refund (excluding postage costs) if they are returned to us unused and in the original packaging along with your account details and the reason for return. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return (unless there is found to be a manufacturers fault). The item should be sent to the address below and it is advisable to obtain proof of posting should the parcel be lost or damaged in transit we cannot compensate. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office as we are not responsible for any loss or damage of returns parcels.
